Going for Gold

A 15-minute cantata of seven songs for upper voices with piano accompaniment. With engaging texts by Derek Roberts on the subject of sports events, it was written with the intention of linking it to the Olympic or Commonwealth Games or similar international competitions.  The work was commissioned and published by the National Youth Choir of Scotland.
